Open your Easy Sushi. Attach the rod of the film roll on the edge of the shell and unroll it towards you.

Place a nori sheet on the film, shiny side down, and let the sheet take the form of the shells.

While holding the nori sheet, add the rice mixture by gently filling in the shells. Be careful not to overfill.

Add your favourite sushi fillings e.g. vegetables, fish, meat, seaweed, etc.

Gently close your Easy Sushi.

Hold the machine closed and pull the rod, this pulls the film out and rolls the sushi.

Easy Sushi Roller FAQ

With your EasySushi, you can make maki, ranging from the most traditional to the most inventive. You can also make California roll, a maki made with a preparation of rice around a sheet of nori seaweed and filling. Finally, your EasySushi can be used for all your roll creations … So express your imagination!

If it resists, do not force it. Open your EasySushi ® and see if the rod is secure or if your cases are too full.

To pack down the ends of your rolls, you can use a knife or spatula soaked in water to prevent the rice from sticking later.

That can happen. In this case, if you have already struggled to close your EasySushi®, be sure to check the amount of the preparation in your case. Make sure it is not overflowing.
Similarly, with the fillings, make sure they are not coming out of your EasySushi®. Also take good care that no grain of rice is found on the unused portion of seaweed before closing your EasySushi®. Grains of rice could prevent the seaweed from sticking properly.
When the rice preparation is gently packed on the surface of the cases, the fillings properly distributed within the rice, and those which are not in the right place, removed, close your EasySushi ® and continue making your sushi as directed.

You will not have any health problems with your EasySushi ®. Unlike traditional bamboo mats, which systematically develop areas of mould despite washing, your EasySushi ® is composed of easily washable ABS and plastic materials for food. The rigid cases go in the dishwasher and the film pulley can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge and soapy water.This is a great Sushi roller.

This film on the pulley can be changed depending on how you use your EasySushi ®. For intensive use, it is advisable to change it as soon as you notice a deterioration in the traction quality desired.
