Bacalhau dress Leek PORTUGAL

12 rolls (or 2 rolls)
100g rice vinegar
1 large leek
100g fresh cod
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 large tomato
salt pepper


Blanch the leek leaves. Enfarinez cod and cook 5 minutes on each side.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and fry in olive oil.

On the film Easy Sushi®, spread the leek leaf, top with rice, tomatoes on one side and cod strips the other side. Put the parsley, salt and pepper, add a dash of mayonnaise in the center.

Close sushi roller, pull and let stand 1 minute before cutting.
Repeat for the second roll.
