Sushi at “Polenta Nostrana” SWITZERLAND ITALY

16 for sushi (or 2 rolls)
100g cornmeal
2 sheets of Nori
2 rabbit fillets
1 dl Teriyaki marinade
2 carrots,
black olives, pitted
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. in s. onion
garlic pepper, salt,
condiments Provencal


Simply brown in olive oil fillets coated rabbit with mustard.
Add the marinade and simmer 15 minutes. Deglaze the pan with a glass of white wine. Cook the carrots crisp.
Pour in 25 ounces of boiling water salt and semolina, cook 2 minutes and finish with a knob of butter.
Allow to cool.
Unroll the film of EasySushi® sushi maker, drop leaf Nori, spread the polenta, garnish the plates of rabbit fillets, carrots and black olives lengthwise.
Repeat for the second roll.
